The Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) is for undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an institution of higher learning who have made a Commitment to Action—a new, specific, and measurable initiative that addresses a pressing challenge locally or globally within one of CGI U's focus areas: education, environment and climate change, peace and human rights, poverty alleviation, and public health. Each year, we encourage college students across the world to take action in their communities and apply to be part of our growing network of like-valued leaders.
